People throng banks to exchange old notes amid security
ITANAGAR, Nov 10: Long queues were seen outside and inside of various bank branches in the twin capital city of Itanagar and Naharlagun for replacement of old Rs 500 and 1,000 notes as banks opened on Thursday. Security forces were also seen at most bank branches to regulate the crowd.
Banks will also remain open on Saturday and Sunday next.
Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu had appealed the citizens of the state to not to panic as the elaborate arrangement has been made for exchange or deposit of currency notes at bank branches. State Chief Secretary Shakuntala Doley Gamlin also said that instruction has been given to all the banks to keep enough currency for exchange. She said that proper security arrangements have been made at all the bank branches. She further said that the people can use their 500 and 1000 currency notes at petrol pumps, government hospitals, burial grounds and for government transports and railway ticketing till November 11 midnight.
At SBI Changlang, the Bank branch Manager has reportedly left the bank during duty hours after the bank was unable to disburse cash to the huge number of the bank’s customers who had turned up at the bank on Thursday, according to unconfirmed source.
Much to the chagrin of the people, deposits were made but no customer was given cash in exchange of the old Rs. 500 and 1000 currency notes as the bank reportedly did not receive the new denomination notes as yet.
CM asks CS to arrange rental accommodation for Arunachalee patients in metros
ITANAGAR, Nov 10: What could be termed as succour to many patients from the state availing medical assistance outside the state in metros and facing severe hardships because of accommodation problems in those metros, Chief Minister Pema Khandu has directed Chief Secretary to explore the rental buildings in the vicinity of hospitals which are frequented by patients of Arunachal.
In his directives, CM asked Chief Secretary that till such time a permanent solution is made to solve the accommodation hardship of the people from the state in metros, rental accommodation in New Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Vellore and Guwahati through the respective Resident Commissioner/Deputy Resident Commissioners be looked for on an urgent basis.
It may be mentioned that due to lack of adequate health facility in the state, huge number of patients go out of state in referral hospitals for treatment of various ailments. With this move of the Government, the patients are sure to find relief from the hardship of accommodation and shall also cut cost the huge expenses incurred only for accommodation in hotels or guest houses apart from the medical expenses.
Workshop on ‘Entrepreneurship in Arunachal Pradesh: A business loan perspective’ held in RGU
ITANAGAR, Nov 10: A one-day workshop on “Entrepreneurship in Arunachal Pradesh: A Business loan perspective” was held in the mini auditorium, RGU, Rono Hills on Thursday. It was attended by more than 100 students.
RGU Vice Chancellor Prof Tamo Mibang declaring the workshop open talked about the immense area to be explored through the workshop. He said workshops like this are a blessing to youth to empower themselves and establish their own entrepreneurial works.
He told the gathering not to focus on getting a government job but to create certain entrepreneurial works which will give employment opportunities to others.
Owner of E&Ks Restaurant Toko Tatung, who is a resource person in the programme, sharing his experience in the field, informed about various barriers in doing business, especially in Arunachal Pradesh, and how to tackle it.
“Our people are heavily dependent on central funds and it’s high time that we should cultivate things of our own and this can be done only by you and me,” he said calling on the young mind to change the attitude at all level and look things from different perspectives.
He categorically said, all changes in the society should start from home and requested all Arunachalees to encourage young minds who want to starts thing differently. He asked everyone to have the spirit of entrepreneurship.
Stressing on doing maximum research and survey for any startup, he asked to take up hard work and take calculated risks. He also talked about taking the advantages of the new medium of internet calling it the ocean of information and knowledge.
Regarding funding of the business, he spoke about crowd funding and other financial institution like NEDFI.
Assistant manager IT cum nodal officer, AP Rural Bank, Nani Chada, spoke at length about how to get loan from the bank for starting entrepreneurial work. Informing about various government schemes and insurance, he called on the young people attending the workshop to understand the value of money. He also dwelt on the government’s initiative on MUDRA loan.

Papum Pare wins Best Dist. Legal Services Authority Award
ITANAGAR, Nov 10: Papum Pare District Legal Services Authority of Arunachal Pradesh has been awarded as the Best District Legal Services Authority amongst the eight North-eastern states Legal Services Authorities during the National Level Meet of Para Legal Volunteers at New Delhi on November 9 organized by National Legal Services Authority (NALSA).
Member Secretary, Arunachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority Budi Habung and Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Member Secretary, Papum Pare District Legal Services Authority Hirendra Kashyap received the Award and the Momento from Chief Justice of India cum Patron in Chief National Legal Services Authority Justice T S Thakur during a function at New Delhi on November 9.
This is the first time the state achieved the distinction since the Legal Services Authority was constituted in 1998.
The achievement of each Legal Services Authority on zonal wise is assessed by the NALSA on the basis of inputs and the work undertaken by the legal services authority during the Annual Meet. Papum Pare Legal Services Authority’s achievements for the period included establishment of 4 legal aid clinics, legal aid to 410 applicants, conduction of 22 legal awareness camps, award and disbursement of Rs 2,97,54,424 as compensation in MACT cases, bank recovery cases and pre litigation cases.
The function was attended, among others, by Union Minister of State for Law and Justice PP Choudhury, Supreme Court Judge and Executive Chairman, NALSA Anil R Dave, Chief Justice of Delhi High Court G Rohini and Member Secretaries of all the State Legal Services Authorities of the country.
AAPBSU demands early creation of separate ministry of border affairs

ITANAGAR, Nov 10: The All Arunachal Pradesh Border Students’ Union (AAPBSU) has urged the state Govt to create a separate ministry at the earliest to look into the issues concerning the development of the areas near Assam-Arunachal boundary. AAPBSU also demanded early creation of posts of Commissioners/Secretary, Director, Joint Director and other ministerial staff for effective implementation of government policies along Assam-Arunachal boundary areas.
Drawing the state government’s attention towards the numerous issues affecting the people residing near the Arunachal and Assam boundary areas and seeking early fulfillment of its 13-point demands, Union President Atung Tana in a press meet at Press Club here on Thursday, also reiterated the Union’s demands of immediate recruitment of 977 personnel for 3rd batch of AAPBn, as has been approved by the state cabinet in 2010. “During the time of CM Late Dorjee Khandu-led government a proposal was submitted for creation of a third battalion of AAPBn to the Deputy Secretary (Home) by AIGP (Adm), PHQ, Itanagar with reference to letter vide no.HMB (A) 78/2010/1279 dated Mar 21, 2012 and the same was placed for financial approval however, the matter is still pending with the GoAP,” rued Tana adding that if the posts are created the problem of shortage of police personnel in boundary areas will be effectively addressed.
The Union has further strongly condemned the encroachment allegedly carried out by the neighboring state at Likabali, West Siang district on Nov 6 last, wherein a link road has been constructed without prior permission. It has further urged the GoAP to initiate stringent action against those involved in the act under relevant sections of the law.
‘Absence of a check gate to monitor ILP at main Likabali town has led to repeated encroachments therefore, construction of a new check gate near the town is essential to avoid problems in future’, the Union said.
The Union’s other demands include; immediate cancellation of the buffer zones declared under Pakke Wild Life Sanctuary at Seijosa under East Kameng district bordering Assam and Arunachal, shifting of Air Force firing range from Dollungmukh under Lower Subansiri district, upgradation of Dollungmukh Secondary School, establishment of 4th IRBN Training center at Tarasso under Papum Pare district etc.
GoAP urged to establish Lokayukta Courts soon

ITANAGAR, Nov 10: The Arunachal Anti Corruption Sena Anna Samarthak (AACS-AS) has strongly urged the state’s government to establish a Lokayukta Court in the state at the earliest.
‘Despite the Lokpal Bill been already passed in the state assembly in 2013 and the government allocating Rs. One crore for establishment of the Lokayukta Court, the GoAP has as yet not constituted a search committee and appointed any chairman, which is regrettable’, said AACS-AS President, S T Tara while addressing media persons at the Press Club here on Thursday.
‘We strongly condemn the GoAP for not initiating any step for early establishment of a Lokayukta Court in the state’, said Tara adding that the state needs Lokayukta courts to check corruption and bring corrupt officials to justice.
The AACS-AS further urged the GoAP to sanction prosecution order for arrest of all the officers and contractor(s) involved in the misappropriation of funds to the tune of Rs. 24.05 crore under Management Information System (MIS) scheme of Rural Development department project.
‘We had submitted a report regarding the said misappropriation to the Special Investigation Cell for enquiry and the SIC after a 2 year-long investigation, handed over the investigation report to the state government for further action but the GoAP has not taken any step so far’, claimed Tara.
Taro further demanded early reinstatement of Managing Director of Hydro Power Development Corporation of Arunachal Pradesh Ltd. (HPDCAPL), Toko Anuj to his earlier post, claiming that his promotion to the said post within a short span of time is a gross violation of the recruitment rules.
AACS-AS Vice President, Kurung Dolo also urged the present PPA government led by Chief Minister Pema Khandu to conduct a SDC meeting and prepare the State Annual Development Agenda (SADA) at the earliest to ensure that the state’s development process is not hampered due to non-release of funds.
Demand for creation of Pakke-Kessang dist in NES’ agenda
ITANAGAR, Nov 10: Stating that the demands for creation of Pakke-Kessang district and construction of Itanagar-Tarasso-Seijosa, and Seijosa-Rissi Tapo-Bhalukpong roads have been in Nyishi Elite Society (NES)’s agenda since 2009, NES President Bengia Tolum assured to garner attention of the Government on these two vital demands.
The NES president assured this, when Seijosa ZPM Pani Tayam submitted a memorandum urging him to take up the matters with the Government, during his recent visit to Seijosa.
“Both the vital demands have been under the agenda of NES since 2009 and, we would draw the attention of the Government on these two demands,” he said.
“We are just a ‘pleader’ and the Government a ‘giver’, the NES president said.
It is pertinent to mention here that a team of NES toured Seijosa, East Kameng as part of its routine interaction programme on November 8.
Local MLA and Chief Adviser to the CM, Kameng Dolo while underlining the importance of road connectivity vowed to take up it at appropriate level for early completion of the roads and creation of the new district.
The visiting team also informed about various initiatives taken up by NES at the social level for bringing lasting peace and security of Arunachalee people living along the Assam-Arunachal boundary on the philosophy of mutual co-existence with reciprocal ‘love’ and ‘respect’ practiced over the ages.
Earlier, Secretary, East Kameng, NES Mara Kacho outlined the purpose of the visit highlighting various tour programmes already undertaken and proposals thereto with a prime agenda to have proper insight in to the problems of the people through grassroots level interaction.
Later, the team visited the massive rubber plantation and interacted with the local farmers’ which is destined to be the backbone of the rural economy in the foothills as an alternative to tea cultivation in view of water scarcity necessary for the small tea growers.
CRM team suggests measures to improve healthcare service in state
PASIGHAT, Nov 10: The 15-member Central Review Mission (CRM) team headed by Dr. SK Sikdar, Deputy Commissioner (FP), Government of India, which conducted extensive four days visit to Upper and East Siang to review NHM programmes, has suggested several measures to improve healthcare services and faciliteis in Arunachal Pradesh.
A de-briefing meeting was held in the Deputy Commissioner’s office here on Thursday, wherein Dr. Sikdar presented a detailed report and observations of the CRM team and exchanged views and suggestions with the health facilitators to improve healthcare services.
“The main thrust of the Mission is to provide accessible, affordable and accountable quality health services and to ensure greatest attention where needed and annual Common Review Mission has been one of the important monitoring mechanisms under NHM,” Dr. Sikdar said.
“The CRM team has given valuable feedbacks and suggestions to improve the prevailing healthcare system in Arunachal Pradesh,” said Special Secretary (H&FW) Prince Dhawan, who chaired the meeting.
“Health Department will make sincere efforts to work on all suggestions, especially on training, procurement, blood banks, data collection and validation, referral transport, rational posting of staffs etc. He appreciated some initiatives of the state, such as cleanliness, adequate manpower, ASHA workers etc, Dhawan said.
Mission Director (NHM) P N Thungon stated that the Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has been very cooperative and supportive in its effort to aid the state in improving health delivering system across the state.
To improve health delivery system, strong supervision and monitoring is required to see that the expected vital indicators especially reducing of infant mortality and maternal mortality is achieved, he said, adding that rational posting of manpower in all health facilities can improve a lot bridging the gap of health service across the state.
He appealed to consider additional sanctioning of 90 numbers of “108 Ambulance service” to strengthen health facilities.
DHS Dr. M Jini spoke at length and briefed how the department is working despite all odds and limited resources.

Nyethrii-dow festival begins
T N Thongdok seeks people’s cooperation to expedite development process
BURAGOAN, Nov 10: The celebration of Nyethrii-dow festival of Aka (Hrusso) community began with Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly Speaker T N Thongdok inaugurating the five-day festival here on Thursday.
Addressing the gathering on the occasion, Thongdok said development in Thrizino Assembly Constituency started to gain momentum than ever before under the leadership young local MLA Kumsi Sidisow.
Highlighting the political upheavals the state witnessed in the recent past, Thongdok appealed to the public to cooperate the present government under the leadership of Chief Minister Pema Khandu to expedite the development processes.
The state government is making all out efforts to fulfill the hopes and aspirations of the general public and adopted zero tolerance policies towards health, education and various other sectors, he said and gave a clarion call to one and all to support the state government and take part in the development process.
Responding to a three memorandums submitted by various committees, the Speaker said that he will be able to provide Rs.100 lakh for infrastructure development of the Secondary school. With regards to a proposal of Rs.50 lakh for development of health centre, Thongdok said that the matter will be discussed with Parliamentary Secretary (Health).
The proposal for establishment of a Pig farm will be taken up with the Veterinary Minister but he suggested for a pig breeding farm for which he requested them locate a suitable land for it. He also assured to provide Rs five lakhs financial support to local St. Xavier school.
Local MLA Sidisow spoke on the importance of preserving one's own culture and tradition for identity. He appealed to the younger generation to carry forward the age-old culture and tradition passed on from generation to generation.
Deputy Commissioner (In-charge) T Pada (ADC Singchung) said that all festivals provide an opportunity to share happiness, bring unity and integrity among the community members. He appealed to all to celebrate the festival in a spirit of peace and harmony rising above petty considerations of caste, creed and religion.

ITANAGAR, Nov 10: The dilapidated Capital Complex road, which has been evoking public resentment, is getting new look with the PWD engaged in black topping expeditiously. The busy traffic in Papu Hill area poised on Thursday for single-way movement for black topping the portion under the strict supervision of Naharlagun PWD division EE Techi Nabo, AE Lisi Oei and JE Ngurang Naga.
It may be recalled that the G-extension road washed away by heavy flood in July last, was completely blocked on November 5 last for black topping the portion.
While EE Nabo, AE Yumlam Tach and JEs Techi Sango supervised, local MLA Tehi Kaso and DyCM-cum-PWD Minister Chowna Mein continued to take updates on the progress from the EE.
APSCW conducts legal awareness prog at Jang
ITANAGAR, Nov 10: Arunachal Pradesh State Commission for Women (APSCW) in collaboration with Jangpa Women Welfare Association (JWWA), Jang has organised a legal awareness camp on the topics "Sexual Harassment at Workplace, Bonded Labour and Child Labour, Domestic Violence and Free Legal Aids/ Livelihood" and "Polygamy and Compulsory registration of Marriage/ POCSO Act/ Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibitation) Act' 1987" at Nuranang Hall, Jang in Tawang district on Nov 8 and 9 last.
APSCW Chairperson Mitali Tingkhatra briefly informed about powers and functions of the Commission. She also highlighted all the topics and stressed on compulsory marriage registration and to eradicate polygamy. Tingkhatra also interacted with students of Govt HS School, Jang and informed about Domestic Violence and stressed on the need of awareness on compulsory marriage registration of their parents which will benefit them in the future.
APSCW Legal Advisor Advocate Kani Nada Maling spoke on various categories of sexual harassment which includes physical touch, sexual remarks, inappropriate display of pictures, videos and so on. She also said that victims can report it to the Internal Complaint Committee and Local Complaint Committee.
Labour Officer Lee Ete deliberated on the topic Bonded Labour and also advocated for eradication of Child Labour.
Assistant Professor Godak Bikash, Himalayan University explained in detail about types of abuses under domestic violence and protection given to the victim and about Free Legal Aid provided for the people. He further explained about the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition), Act 1987 and the punishment according to this Act.
Addressing the gathering ADC Jang, Lobsang Wangchu Bapu while advocating the women rights, encouraged the participants to report on Domestic Violence in the Police Station.
Among others, APSCW Member Oter Ering Tayeng, Member Secretary Yame Higio, ADO Jang, Tashi Lungtan, CDPO Jang, Nima Phunstok also spoke on the occasion.
A large number of people of Jang and nearby villages, government officials, JWWA and APSCW teams attended the programme.
Rebia calls for value based education
ITANAGAR, Nov 10: The three days IVth Annual College Day celebrations of Government College, Doimukh culminated with a glittering Valedictory Function on Thursday in its college premises.
Speaking on the occasion, UD, Town Planning & Housing minister Nabam Rebia stressed for the need to acquire and impart value based education in the society.
Asking the students to devote their maximum time on studies, he said, "This is the stage you could make or break your life. Today many youths are spoiling their life as they indulge in bad practices such as drugs addiction, anti-social activities and even violence."
While narrating his childhood experiences, he said, "Earlier life was very tough in comparison to what today's life is. Today doors are open for all to succeed in life, only thing is that one must be sincere, hard working and have firm determination. Being a student one should not get distracted from studies and always be devoted."
He also opined that the role of parents and guardians are very vital in today's world as many of our children are going astray.
"We need to track their activities by seeking feedback from teachers and peer group," he urged.
While appreciating the role of teachers, he called upon them to impart quality and value based education to students as it would only ensure better future for them.
Further informing that he is putting his utmost efforts for all round development of the college, he urged local denizens of Doimukh to extend full co-operation to make the institute a model college in all respect in the state.
Also speaking Papum Pare DC Tai Kaye emphasized on the importance of extra-curricular activities especially sports as it has become a sought after profession.
"Apart from financial benefits, sportsmen could earn name and fame in the state and even at national or international level. However, one must be committed, determined and discipline that would help them to build up their career in any filed," he pointed out.

The students were divided into three groups - Pangsau Pass, Tunga Pass and Bumla Pass. Pangsau House was adjudged the best House while Bumla House was declared best discipline house.
Bomdila gets shopping complex
BOMDILA, Nov 10: The district headquarters Bomdila added another feather to its cap with the inauguration of the Urban Shopping Complex in the heart of the town the day before.
The complex funded under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation (HUPA) for Rs 5, 27, 30,452 was inaugurated by local legislator Japu Deru in presence of Deputy Commissioner Sonal Swaroop, DUDA officers and HODs of the district headquarter.
Congratulating the Department of Urban Development, Bomdila, Deru underscored the need for being courteous to the customers and tourists and called for giving utmost importance to cleanliness of the complex.
'White collared jobs are not the only way and means of livelihood and to support a family. Business and setting up of small scale industries are better options whereby one gets self employed and generates employment avenues for others too, he said.

Drinking water supply restored
ITANAGAR, Nov 10: Drinking water supply in remote Riche-Rite village under Kangku circle of West Siang district was restored after long time by a team of engineers from Likabali PHE &WS division recently.
Water supply in the village was totally disrupted few years ago after flash flood caused extensive damage to the water supply system, including pipelines, informed Dolok Bango Welfare Society.
The team also held awareness camps on total sanitation under Swachh Bharat Mission.The team was accompanied by ASM Chairperson Tanga Buchi along with youths of Siloni and Balisori villages.
Meanwhile, the villagers heaved a great sigh of relief after restoration of water supply.
Army conducts online registration aspirants
AALO Nov 10: The Indian Army of Bihar Regiment is conducting online registration for all aspirants of Arunachal for the Army Recruitment Rally to be held at Aalo General Ground from December 1 to 6.
Many aspirants from different parts of the state are turning up for the big Recruitment Rally with essential documents.
In addition to that Bogdo Battalion of Indian Army is also conducting Pre-Recruitment Training for the aspirants from West Siang.
The Indian Army has appealed to all eligible youths of the state to turn up for the registration as soon as possible. Soft copies of all documents like certificates, Mark sheet, age etc are to be attached while registering their names. Admit Card of the selected candidates will be sent through online.

BJP party workers urged to be dedicated and disciplined

Farmers Scientist Interaction Programme in Namsai District
ITANAGAR, Nov 10: Krishi Vigyan Kendra Lohit in Namsai district organised two days farmer-scientist interaction programme at Alubari and Naputia village on November 9 and 10 sponsored by ATMA Namsai.
Scientists from KVK, ICAR--Research Centre for NEH Region, Basar and 35 farmers along with ASM, GB attended the programme.
The scientists taught the farmers on cultivation practices of pea and mustard and also educated them about various diseases in vegetable and their preventive measures and management tactics.
Seeds of pea and mustard were also distributed to the farmers.
The farmers were also made aware about the new backyard poultry variety "Kamrupa".
Dr. Debasis Sasmal, PC i/c, encouraged the farmers to come forward and have more advantage from KVK to uplift their socio-economic condition.

Uncertainty days ahead
The world is coming to terms with the shocking result of US election. Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton and will assume office of US President from January next year. The election result has sent shockwaves across the world. By electing Trump, American voters not only recklessly rolled the dice in terms of their own future, but they have also set into motion what many western governments and international observers fear will plunge the world into a global crisis. The America's allies abroad, and those everywhere who believed that the U.S, however imperfect, can be a force for good, a Clinton win would have brought overwhelming relief.
By any measure, this presidential campaign has been unique in recent American history. From the mouth of Donald Trump, it has featured crude and racist behaviour, unspeakably insulting to American women, minorities and Muslims. And all norms of civility seem to have been shredded. What has shocked much of the world is that this campaign has shown a depth of division and bitterness usually masked in the staged pageantry of America's bizarre presidential process. And, more disturbingly, it has revealed a paralyzing uncertainty among many Americans about their future role in this changing world. President elect Donald Trump made some erratic promises during election and now whole world will be watching worriedly about his move. Now everything depends on Trump and how he acts. Movement for Clean Green Ziro

The Apatani Youth Association (AYA) under the leadership of its president Taku Chatung has come up with a new concept namely “Clean Ziro Green Ziro” with an objective to keep Ziro valley clean and pollution free. Accordingly in the year 2014 it had on experimental basis, assigned All Hija Youth Association task of carrying out a voluntary social service by cleaning Hija village every 2nd Saturday of the month. In initial stage the response was lukewarm but now it has been accepted by entire people of Hija which is the second largest village in Apatani plateau having more than 3500 voters.
Secondly under the concept “Clean Ziro Green Ziro” the Apatani Youth Association is carrying out “Mission Clean Kley River”. This river runs through middle of Ziro valley and serves as life line of valley. But over the year it has been severely polluted due to lack of civic sense. Therefore the AYA in collaboration with District Administration has created awareness to this effect and accordingly the DC Ziro had issued a notification on 23rd Oct, 2015 declaring 13th November of every year as official calendar event to observe “Mission Clean Kley River” by organizing community social service along the 15 km length of the said River. The first ever Mission Clean Kley River was observed on 13th November 2015 under the aegis of Apatani Youth Association at Ziro where more than 6000 people from all walks of life particularly political leaders, HoDs, Panchayat leaders, GBs and various NGOs had joined. The event was very successful.
Simultaneously the AYA signed MoU with Kemo Lollen DC Ziro and Yumlam Tana DDSE Ziro to form Green Club in every private and Government schools located in Ziro valley including Saint Claret College, Ziro. According to MoU, the campus of these schools and college has been declared plastic free zone. It seems awareness on this part has already been developed in Ziro valley but more important to this effect will be to make it as culture.
This year Chief Minister Pema Khandu will join Kley river cleanliness programme. But before that he will also join All Hija Youth Association on 12th November 2016 in its community social service being organized at Hija village on completion of two years of “Clean Hija”. His presence on the occasion will surely boost morale of Ziro youth and make Mission Clean Kley River more successful. Er Toko Jyoti, Chief Engineer, PHE & WS, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh also deserves appreciation for sanctioning some fund for purpose of Mission Clean Kley River 2016.

Dear Editor,
Whenever the human immorality and sins exceed limit in a society, God sends an agent to neutralize it. Scenario of corruption in the country is obnoxious and exceeded every limit acceptable to the popular morality and intellect.
Politicians, student union leaders, engineers, police officers and other government servants, government suppliers and contractors among others, each one of them have many high rise luxurious buildings, swanky SUVs and cars, acres and hectares of prime lands. The general psyche has a misleading and confusing set moral value, as if, the rampant stealing of tax payers money and resources is rather the popular culture, and that, those who does it the better are the braver and more intelligent class with certain misplaced grandeur.
God sent a great redeemer in Prime Minister Narendra Modiji as saviour of people and the country from these perilous cultures of rampant corruption. God bless him and the countrymen. The banning of old 1000 and 500 currency notes for circulation is laudable, historic and revolutionary. Congratulations honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modiji! Congratulations India!

Circulate syllabus
Dear Editor,
Through the column of your daily esteemed daily, I would like to bring to the notice of Director Economics & Statistics to kindly circulate syllabus for the optional paper for the post of Field Investigator. Without any syllabus for the optional paper, how the aspiring candidates are supposed to prepare for the said exam. It will be wastage of time for candidates to randomly prepare for any kind of competitive exams. So it’s my humble request to the Director, Economics & Statistics to do the needful action from your end.
